Welcome to CBC Fitness KSA. By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, or enrolling in any coaching programme, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "You") and CBC Fitness KSA ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Products and Services

CBC Fitness KSA offers the following products and services through our online platform:

2.1 Online Coaching Packages

  • Monthly Online Coaching – Personalised training and nutrition programming delivered via the Trainerize app.
  • Group Fat-Loss Programme – Structured 4-week group programme for beginners to intermediate clients.
  • Custom Workout Plans – Bespoke individual plans (e.g., posterior chain, mobility, home-based training).

2.2 Digital Products

  • Downloadable workout guides and nutrition e-books.
  • Video training tutorials and educational content.

2.3 Physical Products (where applicable)

Merchandise such as Caps, Hoodies, Water bottles coming soon.

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (currently 15%), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed orders.


3. Eligibility

By purchasing or using our services you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental / guardian consent.
  • You are physically capable of participating in fitness activities, or have received clearance from a qualified medical professional.
  • You are not aware of any medical condition that would prevent safe exercise without medical supervision.

CBC Fitness KSA is not a medical provider. Nothing in our programmes constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.


4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mada
  • MasterCard

Payments are processed securely through Paytabs. CBC Fitness KSA does not store card details on its servers.

All subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of access to services until the outstanding amount is settled.

In the event of a failed transaction, please contact our customer care team or retry with an alternative payment method.


5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Online Coaching – Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly coaching subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to

calvin@cbcfitnessksa.com at least 48 hours before renewal.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once a coaching cycle has commenced and the programme has been delivered or accessed.

5.2 Group Programmes

Cancellations requested more than 7 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your spot to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

5.3 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products (e-books, guides, video content) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5.4 Physical Products

Physical product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.


6. Privacy Policy

CBC Fitness KSA is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable regulations.

6.1 Data We Collect

  • Identity data: name, date of birth, gender.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, billing address.
  • Health and fitness data: goals, body measurements, training history (provided voluntarily by you).
  • Payment data: processed and stored by our payment gateway; we do not retain full card details.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage analytics.

6.2 How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver and manage your coaching programme and services.
  • To process payments and send transaction confirmations.
  • To communicate updates, programme materials, and relevant offers (you may opt out at any time).
  • To improve our products, services, and website experience.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

6.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, app platforms such as Trainerize) strictly to fulfil the services you have purchased. All third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

6.4 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any overriding legal requirements.

6.5 Your Rights

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to request deletion of your data.
  • Right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

7. Estimated Delivery Time

7.1 Digital Services (Online Coaching & Programmes)

Upon successful payment, you will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours containing access instructions for your coaching platform and programme materials. Your personalised programme will be set up and ready within 48 hours of account activation.

7.2 Digital Products (Downloads)

Downloadable products are available immediately upon payment confirmation. A download link will be sent to your registered email address within 30 minutes. If you do not receive this within 2 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

7.3 Physical Products

Orders within Saudi Arabia: estimated delivery within [3–7 business days] from dispatch confirmation.

International orders (where applicable): estimated delivery within [7–21 business days], subject to customs clearance and local postal conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, carrier delays, customs). CBC Fitness KSA is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CBC Fitness KSA website and within our programmes — including but not limited to workout plans, nutrition guides, videos, images, branding, and written material — is the exclusive intellectual property of CBC Fitness KSA and is protected under applicable copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without our prior written consent. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.


9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Results from fitness programmes vary between individuals. CBC Fitness KSA makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or athletic performance.

You participate in all training activities at your own risk. CBC Fitness KSA, its coaches, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services, except where required by applicable Saudi law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the claim.


10. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • You must not share your account access with any other person.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this document periodically.
